Skilled Manpower is need of the hour for the state economic development, which allows rapid development and enterprise opportunities. Low labor productivity and slow shifts/diversification livelihoods are two major challenges the states has to tackle. Despite of strong economic growth, the industries in Hyderabad & Bangalore is slow in converting the growth to employable opportunities. This doesn’t mean that the companies are not creating enough employment, but the requirements of the companies are rapidly changing in such a rate, that the traditional student / employment seeker cope with the rapidity. Looking into the demographics, the Andhra Pradesh state is now crossed 400 lakh population and around half of its population is estimated to be working. The share of agriculture in the total working population is estimated at 62.2% in rural areas, which needs to be diversified in the present economic environment. The shifting pressure on agriculture has two-prone advantages, one is dependency on agriculture will considerably come down and people will accustom to new vistas in income generation and another is direct benefit of increasing the profitability from the agriculture.
